The Kazakh Motor Company “Astana Motors” is already well known in the circles of Japanese automobile manufacturers, as it has extensive experience in selling and servicing Japanese cars on the Kazakh market since 1992.

Considering this fact, after successful negotiations with Fuji Heavy Industries in the summer of 2001, KMK Astana Motors received exclusive rights to import Subaru cars in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since that time, the newly created Subaru Kazakhstan enterprise has been officially authorized by Subaru to sell and provide service for the entire range of Subaru cars - Impreza, Legacy, Outback, Forester and Tibeca. These models and their modifications are produced at Subaru factories in Japan and the USA, and are specially adapted for operation in the CIS, and also have a special package for harsh climatic zones. In mid-2004, the company underwent rebranding - now its name contains the particle “MOTOR”, which indicates high confidence in the manufacturer. On April 1, 2009, the Subaru Motor Kazakhstan company was renamed to Subaru Kazakhstan. All cars sold are provided with a “Subaru Kazakhstan” guarantee for 2 years or 100 thousand mileage. The auto center carries out all forms of sales, including credit and leasing on special terms.

Subaru cars have already gained popularity among Kazakhstanis due to their unique all-wheel drive configuration, characterized by excellent reliability and ease of operation, as well as a fairly rich set of equipment and a good price-quality ratio. Currently, sales are carried out in 9 cities: Astana, Almaty, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanay, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar and Uralsk. The Subaru Kazakhstan company plans to further promote Subaru in Kazakhstan - in the near future, car sales will be carried out in other cities of the Republic.

Subaru Forester named best compact crossover
American edition ConsumerReports named the new Subaru Forester the best compact SUV of the year.  
Despite the fact that several new popular models appeared on the market this year, the unconditional victory went to the new Subaru Forester, scoring 88 points (out of 100 possible) in a series of road tests, beating last year's winner by 11 points.
