The Automobile Business Association of Kazakhstan took part in the 12th ROAD Convention

On April 14–15, 2025, the Kazakhstan Automobile Business Association (KABA) took part in the 12th Convention of the Russian Automobile Dealers Association (ROAD), which was held at VDNKh in Moscow.
More than 1000 participants—car dealers, automakers, representatives of financial institutions, insurance companies, government agencies, and the media—discussed current issues related to the industry's development in the new economic conditions.
The convention provided a vibrant platform for sharing experiences and discussing best practices for dealer networks. Delegations from Russia, India, China, and Kazakhstan spoke at the plenary sessions. Key topics included global challenges facing the automotive industry, the prospects for using artificial intelligence in the auto business, and new models for interaction between manufacturers and dealers.
The AKAB Association expresses its sincere gratitude to the Russian Automobile Dealers Association for the invitation and warm welcome to the ROAD 2025 Convention. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to be part of such a large-scale and significant event, exchange international experience, and discuss joint development prospects.
The main conclusions of the Convention:
•The US market has shown that automation and the implementation of Sales AI are becoming the main drivers of growth for dealerships.
•The Indian auto market has become the third largest in the world in terms of sales, opening up new opportunities for cooperation.
•International experience confirms the importance of developing the service component and investing in the digital transformation of the dealer business.
AKAB will continue to actively participate in international projects aimed at developing the automotive business in Kazakhstan and strengthening ties with partners abroad.
