| According to Association of Kazakhstan Auto Business (AKAB), new car sales increased by 13% compared to June last year. Kazakh dealers sold 6 000 passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as well as 315 units of trucks and buses. At the end of the first half of 2019, the market grew by 18% to 32 014 cars sold (27 216 units for January-June 2018). “June continues to demonstrate positive development of the Kazakh automobile market - compared to the successful June of last year, the growth is 13%. The first half of 2019 was largely successful for market participants, and we have every reason to believe that the positive dynamics will continue, despite last year’s high base.”, - comments Anar MAKASHEVA, Vice President of ACAB. |

Next on the list: Lada Vesta (1559 units), Hyundai accent (1322 units), Lada largus (1194 units), Hyundai Elantra (1129 units), Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (1110 units) and Hyundai creta (997 units).
