Procedure for admission to membership in the Association of Kazakhstan Auto Business

The Association is ready to consider the issue of joining ACAB with companies operating in the automotive business in Kazakhstan and capable of contributing to the implementation of the goals and mission of ACAB in developing the industry. The decision to join a new organization to AKAB is made at a general meeting.

Organizations that are full participants of ACAB with the right of advisory vote pay a monthly membership fee depending on the status of the company. The amount of the membership fee of a full member of ACAB is calculated for each company separately depending on the established Gradation of ACAB members.

To join the Association, the candidate must apply at the location of the Association (Almaty) statement addressed to the President of ACAB with the attachment of documents specified in the Regulations on membership in ACAB. You can also use  electronic application or make a request.

 

A candidate joining the Association must provide the following documents:

  1. Application for membership in the Association addressed to the President of the Association (Appendix No. 1), signed by the head or authorized person of the organization, certified by the seal of the organization;
  2. A copy of the organization’s charter (constituent documents) certified by the organization’s seal;
  3. A copy of the state registration certificate certified by the organization’s seal;
  4. A certified Annual Report of the organization for the year preceding the year of application or a document confirming the submission of the Annual Report to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  5. A copy of the document certified by the organization’s seal (first and last pages) confirming the status of a car dealer (Dealer Agreement)
  6. A completed table of data about the dealership/dealership centers (Appendix No. 2). Data must be provided for all dealerships of the company.

All of the above documents can be submitted electronically with subsequent delivery to the Association of copies certified by the seals and signatures of authorized persons.
