19 March 2003 year — JSC AgromashHolding acquired the bankruptcy estate of the former Kustanai diesel plant at an auction. The project marked the beginning of the development of high-tech rural engineering in Kazakhstan.
2003 (new breath of the old plant)
26 September 2003 years — the engine testing station was launched. On the same day, a test sample of the engine was tested.
2007 (expansion of the range of products)
AgromashHolding JSC has begun assembling class 4 grain harvesters "ESSIL KZS-740", created on the basis of KZS-812 "Polesie GS812". The combine was equipped with a header with a working width of 7 m, which made its use effective in fields with different yields.
2011 (first awards)
9 декабря 2011 года — in Astana, a ceremonial award ceremony for the laureates of the “Altyn Sapa”, “Best Product of Kazakhstan” and “Paryz” awards took place. AgromashHolding JSC became the winner in the nomination “Best Product of Kazakhstan – 2011”.
November 22 2013 years – AgromashHolding JSC is among the top 200 largest companies in Kazakhstan. During the V Economic Forum of Large Businesses “Expert-200-Kazakhstan”, the company received the award “For Contribution to the Development of Mechanical Engineering in Kazakhstan” and was included in the top 200 largest companies in Kazakhstan.
3 September 2014 years the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev visited the production facilities of the plant.
2016 (increasing volumes and expanding cooperation)
In 2016 year AgromashHolding JSC is expanding the line of harvesters produced together with its Belarusian partner Gomselmash OJSC by launching production and selling a modernized version of the ESSIL KZS-760 combine - ESSIL KZS-760.1.

JSC "AGROMASHHOLDING KZ" TODAY
Joint Stock Company "AgromashHolding KZ" is the only industrial enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan that produces grain and forage harvesters, tractors, seeders, harrows and other components for agricultural machinery.
Produced products: grain and forage harvesters "ESSIL", universal row-crop tractors "LOVOL" from 35 liters. With. up to 220 l. With.; combines and tractors from 100 to 340 hp “DEUTZ-FAHR”, “Altyn Dan” seeders, reapers, transport carts and other agricultural products.
Having a powerful production base, the company is constantly working to modernize existing production and expand the range of products. The company has the largest service and sales network, which has no analogues in the Republic of Kazakhstan and has 8 branches and 11 representative offices in all grain-growing regions of the country. The service and sales network of the enterprise consists of more than 200 highly qualified employees with extensive experience in the field of selling agricultural machinery, as well as providing service.
In 2021 year On the basis of AgromashHolding KZ, a Localization Center for the production of components for agricultural and commercial equipment was launched.
The total area of production facilities is more than 36 thousand square meters: universal workshops with high-performance modern machines and automated technological lines; dormitory, sports ground, office space and training center.
The company purchased a wide range of modern equipment, about 82 units of new machines and production lines, which will increase both the power, quality, and volumes of produced components for tractors, combines, seeders, reapers and other things. These are a powder coating line, laser cutting, reinforcement bending machine, tandem hydraulic press brakes, direct hydraulic guillotine shears, milling processing center and much more. Modern equipment was purchased with the assistance of the Industrial Development Fund. Moreover, the company restored and put into operation about 100 units of mechanical processing and turning equipment that was on the balance sheet of the former Diesel Plant.
The following production units are involved in the production of agricultural machinery and its components:
- metal warehouse;
- procurement area;
- welding area;
- mechanical section;
- painting area;
- assembly area.
Currently the localization level is:
- in tractors about 33,1%;
- in combines about 43,3%;
- headers 47,2%;
- seeders – 54,7%.
In addition to the production of self-propelled equipment, in 2021 the plant mastered the production of components, assemblies and assemblies for combines, tractors and attachments in the amount of 1 items:
- straw chopper and deflector – 516 parts;
- towing device (LOVOL tractor) – 56 parts;
- inclined chamber (KZK - 8A-1810000A) - 242 parts;
- stairs, handrails (KZS combine - 740) - 32 parts;
- ballast load (LOVOL tractor) - 16 parts;
- sub-engine frame (KZK-8K-0106090) - 51 parts;
- cladding – 81 parts;
- wheel doubling kit – 76 parts.
In 2021, 13 units were produced. parts and assemblies (including water and oil pumps).
In addition, as of 2021, 252 types of parts for the seeder have been mastered.
In 2022, the company continues to modernize and develop the work of the Localization Center, deepening the share of local content. This year, a new production site appeared on the basis of the AgromashHolding KZ plant - tractor cabin welding line. This summer they also completed the installation of one of the last machines - a laser pipe cutter and a welding jig for a nine-meter header. In addition, reconstruction has been completed foundry, where work on casting components for agricultural machinery has already resumed. Now, as part of deepening localization, all the necessary components for seeders, tractors and combines will be cast inside the plant. Universal workshops with high-performance machines and automated lines have made it possible to move away from large-unit and even small-unit assembly of agricultural machinery to the full production of components and a significant increase in the share of local content.
The launch of the Localization Center with its modern equipment, the current competencies of Kazakh specialists allow domestic machine builders to successfully cooperate with such global companies as OJSC Gomselmash, St. Petersburg Tractor Plant, Shandong Weichai Lovol International Trading Co. Ltd", "SDF Group" etc.
