The Ural Repair Plant was founded in 1955 on the basis of the Forest Protection Station by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh Republic. SSR with the task of ensuring the repair of agricultural machinery. At that time, the production capacity of the plant consisted of workshops for the repair of automotive and tractor and power electrical equipment with a workforce of 50 people.
Over 50 years of production and technical development, the plant has turned into one of the modern developing enterprises in Kazakhstan. During the period of reforms, Uralskagroremmash managed to maintain its production base, and during the years of independence it gradually began to develop steadily, constantly increasing production volumes.
All this became possible thanks to the efforts and efforts of a united, highly qualified team of engineering and technical personnel, united by one goal.
The main activity is the production of fire-fighting, specialized and agricultural equipment, complex metal structures and the production of zinc-coated products.
Currently, Uralskagroremmash JSC has production experience, technical means, a product quality control system that allows it to provide a wide range of technical services, it has production shops, a compressor and oxygen station, access railway tracks, and extensive areas for storing materials. On an area of 14 hectares there are 8 main and 7 auxiliary workshops and areas with equipment up to 1000 units.
Taking into account the requirements of the modern market, a hot-dip galvanizing shop has been installed and launched at Uralskagroremmash JSC; technologies for anti-corrosion zinc and polyester coating of various metal structures are used. Metal structures undergo a full cycle of preparation, cleaning, and surface drying. The galvanizing process takes place in a bath measuring 7000x1600x1500 mm by immersion using a new zinc-aluminum composition. The high quality of zinc coatings guarantees a minimum of 25 years of trouble-free service in harsh climatic and aggressive environments.
The plant is a machine-building enterprise that is focused on the production of complex and labor-intensive products that require the development of a wide range of technological processes. The fleet of technological equipment corresponds to the universal profile of the enterprise.
In January 2004, Uralskagroremmash JSC received a certificate of conformity of the quality system according to ISO-9001:2000 ST RK ISO 9001:2001.
The personnel of Uralskagroremmash JSC consists of highly qualified specialists and is staffed according to specialties and positions. The total number of employed people is currently 324 people.
JSC "Uralskagroremmash" produces the following products:
- fire tankers based on KamAZ, URAL, ZIL vehicles (designed for extinguishing fires);
- rapid response and first aid vehicles based on GAZ vehicles;
- refueling trucks, tank trucks and asphalt distributors based on GAZ, ZIL, KamAZ vehicles (designed for transporting petroleum products);
- watering machine MUG-23847 based on ZIL, KamAZ vehicles (designed for snow removal and watering work in public utilities);
- gasoline filling columns (designed for pumping and pumping out petroleum products (gasoline, diesel fuel);
- tank equipment with a capacity of up to 100 m3 with breathing fittings (breathing valves, ball valves);
- metal structures with anti-corrosion coating (hot and electrochemical galvanizing, zinc-filled and epoxy compositions, polyester powder materials);
- wrenches with sizes from 8x10 to 27x30, balloon wrench with mounting blade;
- agricultural machinery: trailed roller headers ZhVP-9 and ZhVP-6, row crop sprayers OPSH-2000-21, seed treater PK-20, forage harvester KSS-2,6 (designed for harvesting corn for silage), seeders SKS-2,1, 100, grain loader ZPN-XNUMX.
The plant has created a joint venture with the Samara plant “Electroshield” to produce high-voltage electrical equipment.
The company is a co-founder, together with KazAgroFinance JSC, of a machine-technological station in Uralsk.
