Legendary Japanese Mitsubishi automobiles have been officially represented in the Kazakhstan market since 2007. In just five years, the Mitsubishi brand has become one of the most beloved brands among Kazakhstani car owners. According to a study "Among Car Owners and Potential Car Buyers in Kazakhstan" conducted by the analytical agency Brief Research Group, Mitsubishi cars are among the most desired by car owners (53%). Brand awareness of the Mitsubishi brand is 97% among respondents. Mitsubishi cars are chosen for their reliability, exceptional off-road performance, and comfort.
The level of brand loyalty and its growing popularity among the country's population are evident in the figures. While new Mitsubishi sales in Kazakhstan in 2006 totaled only 305 units, just a year later, in 2007, with the launch of an official distributor, 1957 vehicles were sold. Mitsubishi sales have been steadily growing year after year. By the end of 2010, the brand ranked third in total official sales (with a market share of 12,1%). By the end of 2012, the company plans to sell over 2,000 vehicles.
Increasing sales volumes is impossible without enhancing the professionalism of our staff. A training center for technical and non-technical training for employees of all Mitsubishi Motors dealerships in the Republic of Kazakhstan has already been opened at the distributor's premises. To improve customer service, additional in-depth technical training is also provided to specialists at MMC's Russian distributor, ROLF Import LLC.
The Mitsubishi Motors dealer network is one of the most developed in the Republic of Kazakhstan and includes 14 dealership centers in 13 cities of the country.
