The holding company includes the Avtofurgon KZ vehicle assembly plant. The company specializes in the development, production, and repair of vans, specialized workshops, vehicles for law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, armored vehicles, and medical vehicles, using components manufactured in Kazakhstan.
The Semipalatinsk Automobile Assembly Plant "SemAZ" is also part of the holding company. It began operations in 2006 and has since established itself as a reliable manufacturer of high-tech, high-quality products. The plant specializes in the assembly of Belarus wheeled tractors, spare parts for them, and Daewoo buses.
The plant has also begun assembling GAZ vehicles, Foton, and Shacman trucks. Ural vehicles are also being assembled at the plant as part of defense contracts. In 2015, SemAZ plans to begin assembling GAZelleNext commercial vehicles. The plant is also in talks to launch industrial assembly of LiAZ buses.
