Buying a car for cash
When buying a car for cash, you need to have with you:

At the showroom, a sales consultant will approach you and help you decide on the model, color and equipment, describe in detail the advantages of a particular model, equipment, advise on additional equipment and accessories, tell you about the possibility of purchasing a car on credit and about its insurance, as well as will answer all your questions.
If you have made your choice, the sales consultant will draw up a Sales and Purchase Agreement, which will indicate the specifications of the vehicle, as well as the terms and conditions of its delivery, and a Warranty Agreement, which will indicate the obligations of the dealer during the warranty period. After this, the consultant will take you to the cash desk, located right in the showroom.
After payment has been made, you will be invited to a cozy cafe located in the showroom. Here, over a cup of coffee, you can wait while your car undergoes pre-sale preparation, or the additional equipment you ordered is installed on it.
As soon as the car is prepared, the sales consultant will invite you to the pick-up point, hand you the keys, documents for the car and a memorable gift, and thank you for your purchase.

CAR TO ORDER
You can order a car of the model, color and configuration you need from those available for delivery to Kazakhstan. To do this, you need to come to Toyota Center Astana, conclude a sales contract and make an advance payment - 10-30% of the cost of the car. As soon as the car arrives at the warehouse, a sales consultant will call you and invite you to come to the sales department. Here you pay the remaining amount and leave the Center in a new car.
