The Toyota brand is well-known and highly valued in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. This is made possible by the high quality of the company's products. For example, between 1999 and 2007, official sales of new Toyota vehicles in the Kazakhstan market increased from 400 to 9,000 units. This allowed Toyota to become the most successful imported brand in Kazakhstan. In this regard, the senior management of Toyota Motor Europe (Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan fall under the purview of Toyota's European headquarters), led by Mr. Tadashi Arashima, in accordance with Toyota's core principle of "Customer First," decided to establish a regional branch in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. Its goal is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, even in the current challenging economic and market conditions. This decision can be considered Toyota's commitment to establishing reliable and long-term relationships with consumers in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Toyota Motor Kazakhstan LLP is a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Europe. The company was founded on May 20, 2008, in Almaty and began operations on January 1, 2009. Mr. Kato Shingo is the company's president. Currently, the company employs 44 people.
As a local marketing and sales company, Toyota Motor Kazakhstan LLP is engaged in wholesale sales and delivery of Toyota vehicles, genuine spare parts and accessories, and provides warranties throughout Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Careful study of local market conditions and economic conditions allows the company to conduct marketing activities that ensure its products and services meet consumer needs.
Among other priorities, the company's mission is to create the best automotive sales and after-sales service network in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Currently, the official Toyota retail network includes eleven dealership centers: Toyota Center Almaty and Toyota Center Zhetisu in Almaty, Toyota Center Shygys in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Toyota Center Astana, Toyota Center Atyrau, Toyota Center Aktobe, Toyota Center Karaganda, Toyota Center Pavlodar, Toyota Center Kostanay, Toyota Center Uralsk, and Toyota Center Bishkek in the respective cities. All Toyota dealerships meet a number of strict requirements imposed on the company's dealerships worldwide, as well as on the methods and methods of doing business. These requirements are based on the three S's concept. The first S is an on-site showroom, the second S is a modern service station, and the third is a spare parts warehouse.
Today, 10 Toyota models are available on the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyz markets: four passenger cars – the Camry, Corolla, Avensis, and Prius; four SUVs – the Land Cruiser 200, Land Cruiser Prado, Highlander, and RAV4; a Hilux pickup truck; and a Hiace minibus. The company's founding and continued development will further bring the Toyota brand closer to end consumers, keeping them at the forefront of the latest automotive advancements and ensuring maximum satisfaction of their needs. Finally, Toyota Motor Kazakhstan LLP is guided by the principles of social responsibility in its operations, as reflected in the company's motto: "Responsible Corporate Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic."
