The Toyota brand is well known and appreciated in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. This became possible thanks to the high quality of the company's products. For example, in 1999-2007, official sales of new Toyota cars on the Kazakhstan market increased from 400 to 9 units. This allowed Toyota to become the most successful import brand in Kazakhstan. In this regard, the senior management of Toyota Motor Europe (the territory of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan falls under the sphere of influence of the European headquarters of Toyota) led by Mr. Tadashi ARASHIMA, in accordance with the main principle of Toyota “Customer always comes first”, decided to create a regional branch in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. Its task is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, even in the current difficult economic and market conditions. This decision can be considered Toyota’s commitment to establishing reliable and long-term relationships with Kazakh and Kyrgyz consumers.
Toyota Motor Kazakhstan LLP is a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Europe. The company was founded on May 20, 2008 in Almaty and began its activities on January 1, 2009. The President of the company is Mr. Kato Shingo. At the moment, the total number of employees is 44 people.
As a local marketing and sales company, Toyota Motor Kazakhstan LLP is engaged in wholesale sales and delivery of Toyota cars, original spare parts and accessories, as well as providing warranty for them in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Careful study of local market conditions and economic conditions allows it to conduct marketing activities that can ensure that its products and services meet the needs of consumers.
Among other priorities, the company’s mission is to create the best car sales and after-sales service network in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Today, the official Toyota retail network includes eleven dealership centers: Toyota Center Almaty and Toyota Center Zhetisu in Almaty, Toyota Center Shygys in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Toyota Center Astana, Toyota Center Atyrau, Toyota Center Aktobe, Toyota Center Karaganda, Toyota Center Pavlodar, Toyota Center Kostanay, Toyota Center Uralsk, Toyota Center Bishkek in the respective cities. All Toyota dealers meet a series of stringent requirements that apply to the company's worldwide dealership practices and business practices. Which are based on the concept of three S. The first S is our own car showroom (Showroom), the second S is the presence of a modern service station (Service Shop), the third is the presence of a spare parts warehouse (Spare Parts Shop).
Today, 10 models of Toyota cars are presented on the market of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan: 4 passenger cars - Camry, Corolla, Avensis and Prius, 4 SUVs - Land Cruiser 200, Land Cruiser Prado, Highlander and RAV4, a Hilux pickup truck, and a Hiace minibus. The founding and further development of the company allows us to bring the Toyota brand even closer to end consumers, allowing them to be at the peak of the latest automotive achievements and ensuring maximum satisfaction of their needs. Finally, Toyota Motor Kazakhstan LLP, while carrying out its activities, is guided by the principles of the social responsibility policy, which is reflected in the company’s motto: “Responsible corporate citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic.”
