Cumulative Discount Program!

 

By receiving a Client Card, you become a participant in the Savings Discount Program. The Customer Card is valid at all Neocar auto centers. To receive a Customer Card, you must fill outFree participant of the Cumulative Discount Program at any of the Neocar auto centers.

The NDP applies to:

  • car showroom

    • Attention! Discounts do not apply to the purchase of a car, but a simple discount card is automatically issued with the specified discount on service and purchase of goods (5%)

  • Repair shops
  • Body shop
  • Spare parts sales departments

The NDP covers the following areas of activity:

  • Vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Car body repair
  • Sale of spare parts, with the exception of the established list of goods and materials to which the cumulative discount program does not apply: oils (motor, transmission), fluids (antifreeze, distilled water, windshield wiper fluid, hydraulic fluids, brake fluids, CV joint lubricants, bearings, articulated joints, batteries, rubber, wheel rims

The Cumulative Discount Program does NOT apply to the following areas of activity:

  • Voluntary and compulsory car insurance (if such services are provided)
  • Cars sale
  • Sale of certain types of goods, materials and additional supplements
  • Warranty service
  • Services, goods and materials that are subject to special promotions on discounts and gifts during the period of their implementation by Neocar LLP

1) Each client who wishes to become a participant in the NDP is issued a personal savings card. A prerequisite for issuing a savings card is to fill out a form with the client’s contact information. You can fill out this form at our service centers.

2) During the service process, the amount accumulates. (the total amount for which he purchased goods and services). As soon as the amount of service exceeds the minimum account for the discount (100 tenge and above), your savings card must be replaced with a simple Discount card with the right to a 001% discount.

3) In the process of further servicing, when the invoice amount exceeds 400 tenge, your simple Discount Card must be replaced with a VIP Discount Card with the right to a 000% discount.

4) When switching from a savings system to a discount system and from one type of discount to another, all savings are retained by you. On the card, when contacting the registration department, as well as when opening a purchase order and/or making a sale of a purchase order and/or additional additional payment to a third party, you are informed of the balance on the card.

Other conditions:

  • If the card is not used within 12 months, the discount provided will not be valid.
