The world will see the first production models of the new BMW X3 in the fall, but in Kazakhstan the new product is already available to order. The price for the third generation BMW X3 starts from 12,9 million tenge.
The design of the new BMW X3, presented on June 26 in the United States, combines the features of large SUVs with sporty elements, has an even more striking and dynamic design, powerful and economical engines, as well as luxurious equipment.
With virtually unchanged dimensions, the new BMW X3 features a wheelbase increased by 5 cm, a long bonnet and a short front overhang. Features of the front part of the body include a voluminous radiator grille and hexagonal fog lights, which are installed for the first time on BMW X models.
The weight of the new model has been reduced by 55 kg compared to its predecessor. At the same time, the new BMW X3 is characterized by class-leading aerodynamics (cW = 0,29) and optimal weight distribution of 50:50.
The range of engines of the new X3 at the start of sales includes two petrol (M40i, xDrive30i) and two diesel options (xDrive20d, xDrive30d) with power starting from 190 hp. up to 360 hp All models are equipped with an 8-speed Steptronic transmission.

The most powerful BMW X3 at launch has a 3-liter 6-cylinder M Performance engine with 360 hp under the hood. (average fuel consumption: 8,4-8,2 l/100 km). Thus, already in the basic configuration, the exterior design of the BMW X3 M40i includes the M aerodynamic package with design elements in Cerium Gray.
Also standard is the M Sports exhaust system with switch flap system and tailpipes in black chrome trim, M Sports brakes, M Sports suspension with special M Performance settings, adaptive sports steering and 20-inch light-alloy wheels. Adaptive M sports suspension is available as an option.
