New project of the Association of Kazakhstan Automotive Business.

The Association of Kazakhstan Automotive Business announces the launch of a new project “Rating”.

The goal of the project is to receive feedback from car owners and, using this data, determine the best car dealership. Anyone can take part in the project - just go to the AKAB website, rate the car dealership in the “Rating” section, and also leave a comment. The comment is of particular value - with its help, the management of car dealerships will be able to find out opinions about their employees, the quality of service, and read customer advice on how to improve the service.

Every month, ACAB experts will summarize the voting results and announce the winner in the “Best” and “Worst” car dealership categories.

To obtain reliable results, the project developers ask you to comply with one condition - you must leave a valid email address. Otherwise, your opinion and ratings will not be taken into account.

The car dealership will be assessed based on several parameters:

— “Rating” — brand awareness

— “Quality” — your impressions of the product offered by the car dealership. (This can be not only the car itself, but also accessories, spare parts, etc.)

— “Price” — how flexible the car dealership’s pricing policy is. Have you been offered discounts, promotions, special conditions as a regular customer, etc.

- “Service” - Nowadays, a car dealership not only sells cars, but also provides service and “guides” the client. How satisfied are you with your car dealership regarding this component?

The ACAB rating is the most impartial tool for determining the best/worst car dealership. This was invented primarily to get customer feedback and their wishes. And based on this, we will all work together to improve the service, conditions, and work on the pricing policy. Car dealerships need constant communication with customers - after all, these are the people for whom they work. ACAB, for its part, will monitor all comments and suggestions, as well as check information on violations and complaints, – said the President of the Association of Kazakhstan Auto Business Andrey Lavrentyev.

Based on the voting results, a report will be published monthly on the ACAB website. The best car dealership will receive the laurels of the winner, the worst will think about the shortcomings and mistakes in its work. ACAB will report possible customer complaints or violations to the relevant government authorities to verify the information received.
