Constant work to improve the quality of service, availability of spare parts, ensuring safety and fuel economy allow us to make a significant contribution to the development of the owners’ business Hymn». The highest quality standards and commitment to continuously provide the best service enable HINO MOTORS KAZAKHSTAN to predict success not only among customers who are already loyal to the brand, but also among those customers who are just discovering Hino.

The emergence of the “3S Hino-center” stimulates the development of the infrastructure of the city of Almaty; within the framework of this project, new jobs were created and about 50 Kazakh specialists were recruited who have undergone the necessary technical training. “3S Hino-center” is ready to provide its customers with a full range of services, including the sale of trucks, their after-sales service and the sale of spare parts. The dealership center with a total area of 2120 sq.m., including a showroom, a service area and a spare parts warehouse, is located on the Kuldzhinsky tract, and can be reached from the city center along the Eastern Bypass Road in literally half an hour.

Customers whose vehicles are serviced at a Hino technical center receive an official dealer guarantee for all work performed, as well as for spare parts and materials used. The service center was built in accordance with the highest requirements and is equipped with the most modern lifting, repair and computer diagnostic equipment, as well as specialized tools that allow work of any complexity to be carried out in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the presence of four fully equipped posts, the service station of the auto center will be able to service about 10-12 cars daily. The warehouses of the dealership center offer the widest possible range of spare parts, which allows minimizing the time trucks spend in the service bay, and therefore allowing the business to minimize losses caused by equipment downtime.

One of the main points of Hino's service policy is the Total Support concept, aimed at providing complete customer support. The main principle of Total Support is to provide the client with inexpensive and high-quality service. “We do not try to make money on service and spare parts by setting high prices, but we regulate prices so that they are acceptable and affordable. For us, every client is, first of all, a partner with whom we build long-term, trusting relationships; we contribute to the development of their business by providing a full range of truck maintenance services.”, noted the Vice President Hino Motors Kazakhstan Eldos Sadygul. The official distributor of Hino sees its main task as improving quality without raising prices, and the company copes with this task successfully. In two years, HINO MOTORS KAZAKHSTAN has developed a network of service stations covering most of the country. Today, Hino service stations operate in Astana, Kostanay, Pavlodar, Uralsk, Aksai, Aktau, Atyrau, Shymkent, Almaty and Karaganda, and in the near future 3S dealer centers similar to the one opened in Almaty will appear in Astana and Atyrau.

In the future, it is planned to launch the production of modern superstructures for trucks in Kazakhstan, the quality of which will not be inferior to the quality of Japanese chassis. This will make it possible to quickly equip equipment with almost any type of body, depending on market demand and customer needs - from manufactured goods vans to onboard platforms with a crane and refrigeration units.

In the markets where the company operates, Hino traditionally pays great attention to the training of its customers' drivers. To this end, the company is implementing the “ECO Drive” program, under which drivers can improve their skills free of charge, as well as receive additional information on the correct operation of freight vehicles. Proper use of equipment helps reduce the number of breakdowns and repairs, which means that car service customers are less likely to spend money on repairs and, as a result, save money from the company’s budget. The results of the studies show that drivers who have completed training under the ECO Drive program are less likely to get into accidents.

Another aspect of the HINO ECO Drive corporate program is related to training in special driving techniques that save fuel. HINO freight transport is equipped with

high-tech equipment to reduce the level of harmful emissions and economical use of fuel, but this equipment shows its maximum service life only with the correct driving style and in the case when the vehicle’s technical inspection is carried out within the required time frame. HINO MOTORS KAZAKHSTAN has already launched these trainings and conducts them free of charge for its clients in all regions of its presence.

Traditionally, HINO considers the Japanese brands Isuzu and Mitsubishi as its main competitors. In the Kazakh market, the company also competes with the Korean brand Hyundai. As a premium brand, HINO always tries to be competitive in terms of pricing. In particular, prices for trucks from HINO are on average 10% lower than for trucks of other brands with a similar configuration. The main feature of HINO trucks is a powerful frame and components that are practically not subject to wear. Models of the 300 series with a lifting capacity of 3 and 5 tons are presented on the Kazakh market. Since the beginning of this year, sales of the 500 series (vehicles with a carrying capacity of 8 and 12 tons) have begun on the market of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in 2019, sales of powerful trucks of the 700 series, capable of carrying 30 tons, will begin. To date, 193 units of HINO trucks have been sold in Kazakhstan, and it is planned to sell another 100 units by the end of the year.

HINO trucks sold in Kazakhstan are manufactured at two factories located in Tokyo. The company's production sites also operate in Thailand and Vietnam, Indonesia and Pakistan, China, Malaysia, Colombia, Mexico, Canada and the USA.

All cars supplied to the Kazakh market are adapted to harsh operating conditions - they are equipped with a reinforced frame and chassis, heated fuel filters are installed, there are standard places for installing an autonomous heater, and additional anti-corrosion treatment has been carried out. The triple filtration system, installed only on HINO, allows you to operate the car even with very poor fuel quality.
