According to Association of Kazakhstan Automotive Business (AKAB), July continues its record-breaking streak. Sales in the second month of summer reached 18 836 new cars - this is on 11,9% more than in June and one of the best figures in the history of Kazakhstan's auto retail. Dealers sold 17 609 units of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as well as 1 227 trucks and buses that 61,5% more than in July 2022. In total, since the beginning of the year, 102 087 auto (+ 60,5 %).
Hyundai doubled sales compared to July last year (5 135 unit; + 97 %), dealers Chevrolet implemented in July 3 754 car (-6,2%), Kia traditionally in third place – 2 303 units (+ 70,6 %). Toyota with the resumption of sales Camry again in fourth place – 1 183 sold cars (+ 31 %). In fifth place Chery - 1 019 units (+ 169,6 %). Next come Haval и Changan (799 и 706 unit). Further down the list: Jac (701 unit; + 178,2%), Lexus (349 unit; + 1,2 %) and exeed (320 unit; + 97,5 %).
В TOP-10 The most popular models changed in July 2023. The leader is still Chevrolet Cobalt (2 155 units), the second place is occupied by Kia Sportage (1240 unit), the third place goes to the first time Hyundai Bayon (1217 unit). Further down the list: Chevrolet Onix (987 units), Hyundai Sonata (926 units), Hyundai Santa Fe (816 units), Hyundai Tucson (766 units), Chery Tigo 7 Pro (569 units), Jac J7 (548 units), Toyota Camry (543 (units).
Based on the results of seven months, it is in the lead by a small margin Hyundai (26 757 unit; + 71,9 %), on the second line with the result 25 432 cars sold – Chevrolet (+ 52,9 %), the third position Kia - 14 671 cars (+ 112,4 %). Dealers Chery have implemented 5 283 car (+ 284,8 %). The top five best-selling brands are rounded out by Toyota - 4 873 units (—9,9%).
