At the same time, the real wage index (per quarter) is also growing, although it is worth noting that the percentage of growth is decreasing every quarter due to an increase in the inflation rate. However, at the end of the year, the growth of the real wage index in the 4th quarter of 2022 amounted to 2,8% compared to the 4th quarter of 2021. It is worth noting that sales of new cars in the Republic of Kazakhstan also increased by 5,3% compared to from 2021, although growth has declined significantly compared to previous years, which, among other things, is due to rising car prices.
