Today, the share of GAZ brand cars in the Kazakhstan market is 60%. Organizing the assembly will allow us to increase our presence and also expand the line of GAZ equipment.

The SemAZ plant began its history in 2006. Today, Gazelle-Business flatbed trucks and equipment from the Likinsky Bus Plant are assembled at the plant. Since the beginning of this year, a batch of Gazelle-Next frame buses has been assembled in Semipalatinsk.

Under the terms of the agreement, the plant, starting next year, will begin the development of serial production of the entire model line of the Next generation Gazelles, Lawns and Urals, as well as buses of all classes (PAZ, LiAZ, KAVZ and GAZ), including compressed air vehicles natural gas.

It should be noted that SemAZ and GAZ Group have been cooperating for more than three years. In 2013, production of Ural-4320 trucks began in Kazakhstan at the SemAZ plant. The production of this well-deserved model in all respects at SemAZ facilities will continue, despite the upcoming start of production of Uralov-Next.
