Import of cars from the Customs Union countries: correct interpretation of the new regulations.

Recently, many media outlets have been paying increased attention to the topic of importing cars into Kazakhstan from the countries of the Customs Union, especially after the EAEU Treaty and the new technical regulations of the Customs Union came into force. Particular attention is paid to two issues - the abolition of VAT on cars imported from Russia and Belarus, and their compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
