The course will illustrate the added complexity that comes from implementing marketing theory across different cultures, legalities, and political settings, and will provide a systematic framework for developing marketing strategies and policies, with an emphasis on program design and implementation. The objective is to develop skills in planning various international marketing management tools.

Seminar teacher Michael William Aldridge, MBA – Marketing and Innovation, Glion, Switzerland. Organization of Branded Goods Marketing Communications Management and Operational Optimization. Michael Aldridge has earned a reputation as a particularly gifted Brand Product Marketing and Communications specialist in the service industry. Over the past 30 years, Michael has worked to develop businesses around the world in the Travel and Hospitality industry and individual stores, particularly in airports. Michael William Aldridge was awarded the "Chevalier dans l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole" by the President of France and a Certificate of Commendation by Her Majesty the Queen Herself. Michael is also a member of the Institute of Hospitality Management, the Royal British Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
